The Hotel Project is a 4-Star category hospitality project proposed and developed by SUMERRU Group. The project is a part of the larger plot for the commercial development. Having sprawl around 85000 Sq.Ft. distributed over the 8 floors with 2 basements for parking and organizing all the services in the basement. The project will be designed from programmatic development till the final finish stage that includes interior designing as well. The main focus of the project is to develop state of the art building design, including the smart facade system and art /interactive installations, in such manner that building itself creates a welcoming gesture for the customers. The idea is also to create a benchmark in the practice of Sumerru group for their completed list of projects.
